Is there a group admission rate?

Discounted group tickets for groups of 10 or more are available. Please contact Nicole at nicole.shorette@urban-expo.com to arrange a group visit.

I didn’t receive my VIP pass. Who should I contact?

The fair provides passes to our participating galleries, cultural partners, and sponsors, who in turn distribute passes to their members and supporters. Please contact a gallery or organization that you have worked with in the past to arrange receipt of your complimentary fair passes.

Are cameras allowed into the fair?

Except in the case of registered Press, cameras are not allowed into the fair. Phone cameras may be allowed. However, please respect galleries’ requests should they ask you not to photograph within their booth.

I am interested in working the event. How can I get involved?

A handful of temp staff are needed to work closely with management to assist in crowd management, registration reception, front desk, VIP Lounge, Info desk, meet and greet, etc. College students+, energetic, with some art or related experience are encouraged to apply.
