Photorealism in Freestyle Machine Embroidery |
12:30 - 1:30 pm |
"My work is derived from a love of drawing and photorealism. They are merged together using fine threads, layer upon layer, building a dense and rich surface of colors and shapes that become clear images. Threads are my paints. I will discuss my fascination with the transitory nature of life, how I integrate this into my images and the obsessions that drive me." Carol Shinn
