All artwork at SOFA fairs is presented by galleries and dealers selected through an application process. Participation is not open to individual artists. SOFA exhibitors are expected to present museum-quality, one-of-a-kind sculpture, objects and functional art, all for sale. For examples of work shown at recent SOFA fairs, please visit our Previous Shows section.

Details on participation and information on booth rental fees are included in application materials. Exact fees and costs vary depending on a number of factors, including booth size, design, customizations, and optional services.

Galleries interested in receiving application materials may complete the following online request. Once the request has been processed, application materials will be sent via postal service.

In order to be considered, applications must be completed and returned along with deposit and supporting materials (visuals of work to be presented, articles on the gallery/artists, artist bios). Applications are reviewed for quality of work and appropriateness. Based on materials submitted, galleries are accepted to participate or their application is declined. The application is not a contract until accepted by show management. Only galleries and dealers accepted by show management can participate in SOFA fairs.
